We are a small family located in Southern Nevada, providing you with a healthier option of better beef. We are so glad you found us and are interested in locally raised grass-fed beef.

Our cattle are pasture raised up until day of process. Not like the commercial grass-fed beef industry where cattle are being produced in a feedlot setting, and grass is being brought to the cattle. Our cattle are born in the Nevada mountains, then free to roam on our irrigated pasture grass. Getting plenty of exercise and soaking in the rich vitamin D sunlight.

No growth hormones or antibiotic feed. Straight grass-fed all the way to finish.

A Family Run Farm in Nevada Since 1968

Before the industrial revolution, eating local was the norm. Since then it’s more common to buy beef from an unknown source and feed it to your family. Eating local meat cuts down on emissions created from shipping it across oceans and states! Using a small-scale processing facility means local meat is far less prone to hazards caused by contamination and foodborne pathogens like E. coli, making it safer. Grass-fed beef is also less likely to contain “superbugs”—bacteria that have become resistant to three or more classes of antibiotics—so it’s considered superior from a food safety perspective as well. And that’s just the beginning! It tastes much better! It’s also higher in key nutrients, including antioxidants, vitamins, and a beneficial fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) that’s been tied to improved immunity and anti-inflammation benefits. Plus, grass-fed beef packs about 50% more omega-3 fatty acids than standard beef but is much leaner than cattle from a feed lot.
